Welcome! I’m Jeff Golenski.

Jeff GolenskiI’m a Multidisciplinary designer who codes, at Automattic. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others & pushing innovation on the web. Continuously vibrating at 528hz. I love the wilderness, photography, comedy & beeh.

What’s all this 528hz shenanigans?

Have you ever heard the term “good vibes” or “good vibrations?” ie. “[insert name here] gives off good vibes!” Well, there’s a science behind it. There’s a theory that’s been around for quite some time that when sound / vibrations are emitted at a certain frequency – 528hz – it has the power to heal and even possibly alter human DNA.

It’s known to many as The Love Frequency. Like everything that exists – from the ground you walk on, to the air you breathe – humans emit vibrations / frequencies. Many also believe that unlike everything else, humans have the ability to alter their vibrations simply by utilizing their mind. In doing so, they also change their surroundings.

Sounds crazy right? Well, think about this. If you’re around someone who is negative & angry… how is your mood? Not the best. If you’re around someone who is energetic & happy, how is your mood then? Positive energy spreads like fire, along with negative energy. Now, I don’t know about you, but I prefer to spend my days being happy, and I believe that we have the conscious ability to change that.

I could go on about this for days. A lot of folks / scientists also debate its validity – and whether or not it’s proven… but all that is irrelevant to me. I’ve seen first hand how embracing positive energy and emitting these “good vibes” changes everything. But don’t take my word for, you can see for yourself.

Keep those good vibes flowing everyone 🙂

As you say, never mind the scientific validity, there’s not much debate about whether to be positive or negative, or who you want to be around – a person can take charge of that! (And a sense of humour always helps…)
Thanks for stopping by OldPlaidCamper earlier, I appreciate it.
    Enjoy your day!
